# Bodensee

Longevity Bodensee is a free, science based community for anyone around Lake Constance who wants to add healthy years to their life. Centered on Konstanz and the University of Konstanz, the chapter sits on Germany's largest lake, right where the borders of Germany, Switzerland, and Austria meet. The pace here is calmer and the outdoors are always close, but do not let the idyllic setting fool you.

We bring together some of the sharpest minds in the tri border region for regular free meetups, expert talks, and hands on workshops on the science of living longer and better, from biological age and nutrition to sleep, biohacking, and recovery. The crowd spans students, researchers, clinicians, and founders, united by the belief that a beautiful environment is no excuse for ignoring what is happening inside your body. No gatekeeping, no guru culture, no fees. Lake views optional, longevity mindset required.
