## About this event

After a holiday break and probably a few too many mooncakes, we’re back with another Walk & Talk 🌝

This Saturday morning, we’re walking 10km along the Huangpu River with people interested in longevity, preventive medicine, fitness, nutrition and generally living well.

☕ 9:45 AM – Meet at Manner Coffee and grab a coffee

🚶10 AM - start 10km walk

🏁 Around 12-1 PM – Finish + optional brunch & chill after
