You pick a base of salad, rice, or both, add from over 20 toppings such as edamame, kimchi, corn, cherry tomatoes, and avocado cream, choose a protein like lemongrass tofu, chicken satay, teriyaki beef, or green chicken curry, and finish with a sauce such as avocado-sesame, chili-mayo, or mango-curry.

Yes. The bowl concept includes vegan and non-vegan proteins, for example lemongrass tofu as a plant-based option alongside meat proteins, and the topping and sauce selection lets you build a fully vegan bowl.

No reservations are taken; ÁRO Stuttgart operates on a walk-in basis. Dogs are welcome.
