flowFEST is a biohacking and longevity festival in Munich, bringing together 1,000+ people from the DACH health and performance scene. The 2026 edition runs July 3–5 at Avalon Kraftwerk under the theme "COME ALIVE," with speakers, exhibitors, and sessions spanning training, nutrition, recovery, and performance. Organized by Flowgrade, it's one of the larger gatherings of the German-speaking longevity community.
