Our Origin

From confusing nutritional advice to a medical system designed for crisis rather than prevention, it has never been harder to know what truly keeps us healthy.

"Prevention is a superpower that shouldn't be reserved for the wealthy or the ultra-connected."

Yet the tools and knowledge to practice true prevention remain out of reach for most people. This knowledge must be shared.

We saw incredible breakthroughs in the science of aging—research that could change lives, extend healthspans, and prevent suffering. But this knowledge was locked away in expensive clinics, dense academic papers, or exclusive circles. This knowledge must be shared.

The answer was simple: We had to build a community that shares this knowledge—from local meetups to advanced biomarker analysis.
