Yoga Meetups in Zurich

What people ask before their first time

What is the yoga meetup in Zurich ?

The Yoga in Zurich is the community's quiet session for mobility and breathing, with no prior experience needed. Some people look for it as mobility or breathwork, others as a yoga group in Zurich. It is all the same thing: free, no membership, and anyone can turn up. Zürich is the German spelling of the city, so you will find the same group written as Yoga Zürich too.

Which day does the Yoga in Zurich meet?

Next date pending. There is no new date on the calendar at the moment.

Where exactly does it start?

Previous meetups started at Rentenwiese in Zurich. The meeting point for the next date is not confirmed yet.

Does the Yoga in Zurich cost anything?

No. There is no membership and no ticket. Longevity Zurich is a community, not a studio.

Can I come if I have never been before?

Yes, and that is the normal case. Most people come alone the first time and know nobody there. There is no qualifying time and no application.

How do I join the next one?

The next date for the Yoga in Zurich has not been announced yet. Check this page for updates. Join the Zurich WhatsApp group for announcements.

How long has this been running in Zurich ?

Since July 2026. The group has met 2 times so far.

What happens if a date is cancelled?

Changes go to that date's event page and to the Zurich WhatsApp group. One look at either before you set off is enough.
