Eisbach Cold Plunge

fter the success of the last Isar Cold Plunge event, we are excited to bring this back. This time, we’ll have Daniela Ullmann as our cold exposure coach. ​Daniela is a certified health coach, ice bathing expert & founder of eisbaden-münchen.de. She'll explain what happens in your body during cold exposure and how your stress response works. We'll then take a dip and warm up in Cafe Lehel afterwards!
