After some hot days, it's time to cool off by the Isar: our July Longevity Munich Stammtisch becomes a Summer Fest for the whole community. Outside by the river, with picnic vibes, movement, music, challenges, and lots of good people.
We’ll meet for a relaxed healthy picnic. Please bring something healthy to eat and/or drink to share, and any outdoor games. Think fresh, colorful, nourishing, and summer-friendly.
Expect longevity challenges with prizes, good conversations, dancing, community vibes, some surprises, and for everyone who’s up for it, a refreshing jump into the Isar.
Everyone is welcome. Big or small, old faces and new faces, longevity geeks and the simply curious. Bring your friends, your family, your picnic blanket, and your best summer energy.
We’ll stay into the evening and let the day fade out together by the river.
