Longevity events in London

Nothing on the calendar in London right now. New dates land here first.

Longevity London is a free, science based community for anyone who wants to add healthy years to their life, grounded in evidence rather than hype. London brings together world-leading universities like Imperial and UCL, the Francis Crick Institute, and one of the biggest finance and tech scenes on the planet, which makes it a natural home for a serious longevity community. Part of the Longevity Cities network, this chapter turns cutting-edge science into everyday habits. We run regular free meetups, expert talks, and hands on workshops on biological age, nutrition, biohacking, sleep, and recovery. The crowd is a real London mix of researchers, clinicians, founders, and curious newcomers from every corner of the city. No gatekeeping, no guru culture, no fees. Just honest, science based conversations about what actually works, and a community that shows up.

What a longevity meetup in London looks like

Cold plunges and sauna sessions, morning raves, run clubs, walks, and evening talks with researchers and practitioners. Most run two to three hours, all are free to attend, and biohacking newcomers are as welcome as people who have been tracking their biomarkers for years. Sign-up is per event.
