Eudēmonia Summit is a four day health, well-being and longevity summit in West Palm Beach, Florida, from 5 to 8 November 2026. The code LONGEVITYCITIES takes 20% off at checkout on eudemonia.net. We negotiated the code for the Longevity Cities community.

What Eudēmonia Summit is

Eudēmonia describes itself as less like a conference and more like a retreat. Over three main days plus a bonus Thursday, more than 120 speakers give around 200 sessions on longevity, training, sleep, nutrition, brain health and women's health. Between the talks you can drop into movement classes and around 300 treatments and experiences, from cold plunges to red light and lab testing.

• Speakers announced for 2026 include Andrew Huberman, Tom Brady, Rich Roll, Vonda Wright, Louisa Nicola, Simon Hill, Will Bulsiewicz, Gary Brecka, Robin Berzin and Jessica Shepherd.
• EXPOSŌME, the health expo, brings together more than 160 brands with demos, sampling, speaker meetups and 20 plus book signings.
• Run the Night, a 5K on Friday 6 November, ends with a SOFI TUKKER concert at the Meyer Amphitheater.
• The Head and the Heart play the Saturday concert on 7 November.
• Tom Brady's session and the toga party run on the bonus Thursday, 5 November, for 3 day badge holders.

Where it is and how to get there

The summit takes place across several venues in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. West Palm Beach is about 110 km north of Miami. Palm Beach International Airport is a ten minute drive from downtown, and the Brightline train connects Miami and Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach in about 70 minutes. Miami International and Fort Lauderdale have the most direct flights from Europe.

How the 20% code works

Open the tickets page through the link on this page, pick your badge and enter LONGEVITYCITIES in the promo code field at checkout. The code is stored in capital letters, so copy it exactly. On a Standard 3 Day Badge at the current price that is roughly $210 off, on an Enhanced badge roughly $310. We have not tested the code on every add-on, so check the total before you pay.

Eudēmonia also applies group discounts automatically when you buy five or more badges in one order. The two discounts do not stack, so a Longevity Cities group of five should compare both totals.
