But what actually works?
Join us at YEARS for an evidence-based evening with Niko Hems, Head of Strategy & Medical Communications at YEARS and host of the Return on Health podcast, as we look at what is backed by science, what remains experimental and where marketing may be moving faster than the evidence.
We’ll cover the interventions with the strongest evidence today, including exercise, cardiovascular and metabolic risk reduction, preventive diagnostics and emerging longevity therapeutics, while also looking at where the science is still uncertain.
